It all began on an iconic Jagadhatri Puja evening — 30th October 2025.
The city glowed in lights, the air smelled of incense and bhog, and somewhere between the sound of dhaak and the crackle of frying luchi, Xavory Kaadai was born — not as a project, but as a promise.
A promise to tell stories through flavours.
To serve not just recipes, but the moments that simmer behind every plate — a mother’s quiet seasoning of love, a friend’s laughter over street phuchka, the festival joy in a spoon of payesh.
“Kaadai” — the humble Indian pot — became my symbol of warmth and memory.
It holds everything: the aroma of nostalgia, the spice of truth, and the sound of a home that never forgets to feed its soul.
From this sacred day of devotion and beginnings, Xavory Kaadai started as my way to blend faith, food, and feeling — one vlog, one bite, one story at a time.
Because sometimes, it’s not the meal that matters —
it’s the memory it leaves behind.
